Hello, my son, Austin, had a scheduled appointment for 04/11/2017 at 6:00 pm for an exam and cleaning. I received a call from the office stating that one of the dentist had an emergency and would not be available for that day/time. So the office staff switched him to 04/13/2017 at 6:00 pm for an appointment. I showed up and only an exam for my son was completed without the cleaning since he was only scheduled for the exam, without my knowledge. When I asked what about the cleaning/sealant the office staff informed me he was only scheduled for an exam, no time for cleaning/sealant. I told them it would have been nice for them to inform me about that so I could have scheduled a different time to come in so everything would have been able to be completed at the same time. Since the cleaning and the sealant wasn't done, I had to bring him back in the next day to complete cleaning and sealant. When appointments are being made, please have the office staff fully explain what should be completed at that time of visit. Usually I have no problems with my son's visits here, the only thing is, that sometimes we have a wait that feels that we are waiting forever. When we went back for the cleaning and sealant, Maria who took care of my son was AWSOME!!!!!! Thanks!!
